Just moved to the area in late September and needed to book an appointment for my snow tires to be installed. As well I needed the other tires stored. Wes Grosz met up with me and I was able to get an appointment with the service department. At the appointment it was discovered the lock nut was missing. They quickly resolved the issue and I was on my way. Thank you Wes and your service department for the excellent job.
