I have only good things to say about Collingwood Toyota. They were up front and honest about price, and did not apply pressure to make a sale. They took the time to answer our questions, and unlike every other dealer we called, they had a vehicle on-hand that we could take on a brief test drive. Their out-the-door price was significantly lower than the other local Toyota dealerships, and their service costs for our scheduled maintenance are lower as well. It’ll be worth driving the 40 minutes to Collingwood for the difference in cost and experience.
Since buying the car, we’ve had a couple of regular check-ins from our sales associate Shane to make sure everything is going well, and his communication throughout the purchase process was clear and timely.
